Peace Building and Conflict Resolution
YEA believes in the power of youth as agents of peace. The organization engages young people in community peacebuilding processes to address conflict, reduce violence, and promote social harmony. Through dialogue, conflict resolution training, and reconciliation initiatives, YEA strengthens relationships among diverse groups.
Youth are encouraged to become mediators and peace ambassadors in their communities, especially in post-conflict regions where rebuilding trust is essential.
